2025-2026 Wrestling

The 2025-2026 wrestling registration is open.

Coach King would like to begin wrestling clinics for HVYSA athletes next Tuesday (10/21) and Thursday (10/23) from 5:30 - 7:00pm, following middle school wrestling practice. Please be patient as middle schoolers will be ending practice at 5:30. Clinics will be every Tuesday and Thursday unless you are notified otherwise. If the numbers are steady this will continue into December and possibly longer. We know you are registering with Hidden Valley youth sports, but please send the information to coach king so that he has a record of everyone as they register.

Here is a note for what to wear/how to prepare:

T-shirt, shorts, or sweat pants.NO jeans. NO clothes with zippers.
Wrestling shoes should be worn, no tennis shoes. If you do not have wrestling shoes yet, they can practice in socks. Sometimes you can find secondhand shoes at Play-It-Again Sports.
Mouthguards should be worn if your child wears braces.
If your child has asthma please make sure they bring their inhaler to practice and matches.
Fingernails must be cut.

Note: USA Wrestling card not required unless wanting compete in tournaments. Singlets will be loaned if your child decided he/she would like to participate in matches.
