Sign up for the fastest game on two feet! The Hidden Valley Youth Sports Assocation offers boy's lacrosse at the 6U, 8U, 10U, and 12U levels. Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport ideal for active boys. 

HVYSA boy's lacrosse focuses on two things: instruction and fun. Our goal is for your boy to have a ton of fun, while learning about this great sport.

Your registration fee offers loaner equipment, including:

• Helmet
• Gloves
• Shoulder/Chest pads
• Elbow pads

Important dates: 
First practice - week of March 1st, 2024
First games/tournament - week of April 1st, 2024 (tentative)

Key details:

• Practices - three times per week (typically Monday, Wednesday, Saturday); practices last no longer than 90 minutes
• Practice locations - Hidden Valley MS, Clearbrook ES (March only), third location TBA (March only)
• USA Lacrosse youth membership required (this provides insurance)
• Games - all official games are held on weekends at local tournaments. The furthest we would travel is Lexington and/or Christiansburg.
• Scrimmages - we plan to have scrimmages against Cave Spring and Roanoke Valley Lacrosse Association (Roanoke City)
• Each child needs to provide their own lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, and protective cup

Registration fees:
Early: $80 (12/1/23 through 1/31/24)
Regular: $100 (2/1/24 through 2/18/24)
Late: $110 (2/19/24 through 3/1/24)

Head coaches and assistant coaches needed - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!

We'll provide drills and practice plans throughout the season and will also ensure you are confident in implementing the plans and teaching the fundamentals. Ideally, each age group will have three coaches. When you register your son(s), please sign yourself up as a coach.
